This average sized conch seashell has been hand painted with an iridescent blue paint that has a purple shimmer to it. Lines have been accented with a deep purple while the inside was left natural. The shell is about 2.5" x 1.5".
Every shell is hand painted with care with an enamel-like paint. To let the paint properly dry and not "glomp", I will let hours and sometimes days pass between coats and accents. This ensures that each piece is of high quality with a finish that is durable. I also paint shells that are imperfect as I do not want to destroy natural beauty.
